How engagements begin

Every project at Digi Darkroom starts with a focused intake. Share your imaging objectives, regulatory context, and any anonymized sample studies through our encrypted brief portal. We review materials, identify scope, and return a written response outlining next steps, timeline estimates, and relevant case studies from comparable practice environments within one business day.

We do not begin creative or technical work without a signed scope and mutual confidentiality terms. Your imaging assets remain yours; we handle anonymization, transit, and storage in alignment with HIPAA-aware protocols and your internal data governance policies.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly do you respond to consultation inquiries?

We acknowledge every consultation request within four business hours during operating windows. Detailed scoping responses, including timeline and budget ranges, arrive within one full business day of receiving your brief materials.

Is the imaging brief upload portal secure?

Yes. The portal uses TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and optional client-side encryption keys. Files are accessible only to assigned Digi Darkroom producers and auto-purge after thirty days unless extended.

Do you sign mutual NDAs before reviewing materials?

Standard practice. We counter-sign mutual confidentiality agreements before any clinical imagery, DICOM samples, or proprietary protocol documentation crosses into our review environment. Templates available on request.

What information helps you scope accurately?

Share modality type, study volume, target output formats, regulatory jurisdiction, integration constraints, and two to three anonymized representative cases. The more context, the tighter our proposal.
